Article 1 – General

1. These promotional terms and conditions apply to the Black Friday promotion of Parfumello, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 87292610, located at Wateringweg 1D08, 2031 EK Haarlem (hereinafter: “Parfumello”).
2. The promotions apply exclusively to orders placed via www.parfumello.com (Dutch and English version) with a delivery address in the Netherlands or Belgium.
3. The promotion runs from Sunday 1 November 2026 at 00:00 to Sunday 29 November 2026 at 23:59 (Central European Time). From Saturday 31 October 2026 at 20:00, the website will be closed. On Sunday 1 November 2026, the website is only accessible with a password sent by Parfumello via email or SMS (early access). From Monday 2 November 2026 at 00:00, the promotions are available to everyone.
4. The moment at which the order is completed and paid determines which promotion applies.
5. In addition to these promotional terms and conditions, Parfumello’s general terms and conditions apply. If these promotional terms and the general terms contradict each other, these promotional terms take precedence.

Article 2 – Buy 1 get 1 free

1. The buy-1-get-1-free promotion applies from Sunday 1 November 2026 at 00:00 (early access, see Article 1, section 3) through Sunday 29 November 2026 at 23:59.
2. For every two participating products in your cart, one is free. There is no limit: with 4 products, 2 are free; with 20 products, 10 are free.
3. The half of the products with the lowest price are always free. If you have an odd number, you pay the regular price for the extra product.
4. All individual products participate, in any combination of scent and type. Excluded are: the cleaning cloth, the gift bag, the Glow Guide, and all bundles.
5. The discount is applied automatically in your cart. No discount code is required.

Example: you order a floor cleaner (€19.95), an all-purpose cleaner (€12.95), and two kitchen cleaners (€9.95 each). The two kitchen cleaners are free; you pay €32.90.

Article 3 – 30% off bundles

1. From Sunday 1 November 2026 at 00:00 (early access, see Article 1, section 3) through Sunday 29 November 2026 at 23:59, a 30% discount applies to all bundles.
2. The discount is calculated based on the individual price: the total of the regular prices of the products included in the bundle.
3. The discount is already reflected in the price shown on the website.
4. With the Starter Set, you also receive the Glow Guide as a free gift during the promotion.
5. Bundles do not participate in the buy-1-get-1-free promotion. You can combine bundles and individual products in one order; each product will then receive its own discount.

Example: the Starter Set consists of products with a combined individual price of €62.75. With 30% off, you pay €43.93.

Article 4 – Combining promotions, codes and stock

1. The promotions cannot be combined with discount codes, including the welcome discount, the referral discount, and codes from partner collaborations. If you do enter a discount code, the promotional discount on the products to which the code applies will be forfeited.
2. The promotions apply while stocks last. There is no maximum number of products per customer or per order.
3. The promotions cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, and do not apply retroactively to orders placed outside the promotional period.

Article 5 – Shipping

1. Shipping is free on orders of €45 or more, calculated on the amount after discount. Below that, you pay €5.99 (Netherlands) or €6.99 (Belgium).
2. Orders placed on weekdays before 22:00 are shipped the same day. We do not ship on weekends. Due to the high volume during the promotional period, delivery may take slightly longer than usual.

Article 6 – Returns during a promotion

1. You have 14 days to change your mind after receiving your order. Read how returns work on the Returns and exchanges page.
2. If you return the entire order, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
3. If you return part of the products from a buy-1-get-1-free order, the promotional discount on the products you keep will be forfeited. The refund amount will be recalculated as if you had purchased the products you keep at full price.
4. A bundle can only be returned in its entirety. Any gift included with the bundle, such as the Glow Guide, is forfeited in that case.
5. The cost of returning items is at the customer’s expense, as described in the general terms and conditions.

Example: you purchased a floor cleaner (€19.95) and received a kitchen cleaner (€9.95) for free. You paid €19.95. If you return the floor cleaner and keep the kitchen cleaner, you will be charged the full price for the kitchen cleaner. You will receive a refund of €10.00.

Article 7 – Other provisions and contact

1. In the event of an obvious error in a price or promotion, or in the case of misuse of a promotion, Parfumello may cancel the order. You will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
2. Parfumello may amend these promotional terms and conditions at any time, or end a promotion early in the event of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances. For orders already placed, the terms as they appeared on the website at the time of ordering will apply.
3. Your statutory rights as a consumer remain in full effect at all times.
4. These promotional terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.
