Not your scent? No stress!
You have the right to return your order within fourteen (14) days of receipt without giving a reason. The product(s) should be returned unused and in their original packaging. This applies to all products ordered through parfumello.com.
Not the perfect match? No problem! Send the product back, and we’ll refund the full purchase amount within 10 business days. That way, you can quickly find your perfect match. Return shipping costs are at your own expense unless otherwise agreed.

Useful tips for a smooth process
• Proof of shipment is key. Without proof, we unfortunately cannot process a refund or exchange.
• Returns are at your own risk. Make sure to package your return securely.
• Follow the steps. Only returns processed according to the instructions are eligible for a refund.
Uncollected Orders
If a package cannot be delivered, it will be sent to a nearby collection point. If the package is not picked up and is returned to us, a return fee of €5.99 will apply. Once we have received the returned package, your order will be (partially) canceled, and a refund will be issued, minus the return fee.
