Not your scent? No stress!
You have the right to return your order within fourteen (14) days of receipt without giving a reason. The product(s) should be returned unused and in their original packaging. This applies to all products ordered through parfumello.com.

Not the perfect match? No problem! Send the product back, and we’ll refund the full purchase amount within 10 business days. That way, you can quickly find your perfect match. Return shipping costs are at your own expense unless otherwise agreed.

Step 2: Download, print & fill our return form

In order to process your returns we do need some information. You can download our return form with this link.

For the sake of mother nature, we don't ship our return labels with your order. So you'll need to print it yourself.

Next, answer all the questions on the form.

Finished? Send us an email notifying us you are returning your order at returns@parfumello.com - We can't process returns without prior notice, so this is a crucial step in your returning process.

Step 3: (Re)Pack your order

Next up: You need to (re)pack your order to ship it back to us. We hope you saved the box that contained the product when you received your order, as every recycled box helps preserve a tree. If not, find yourself a new one.

Make sure to pack the return form that you downloaded, printed and filled in the previous step!

Last step: Close the box and wrap it up. Make sure the box can't be opened in the shipping process. Better be safe than sorry.

Step 4: Get a Shipping label

Next up: Shipping.

Next: Shipping costs are to be borne by the customer. You can have a return label printed at the service point.
